Telework is going as well.
I can do housework smoothly among telework, and meet LU when she comes home after school...
I tihink sometimes it's perfect work-life balance!
but, sometimes, I feel a little pessimistic, and wonder if my life will be over without meeting people...
Above all, I feel lack of exercise and I can't keep health as it is!
As a general measure, I started runninng!
Early in the morning before the children wake up, in the evening while LU goes to cram school,
I try to run around the Imperial Palace when I find a little time.
When I run along the side road of the Imperial Palace, I can smell the green and feel silence that does not seem to be in the center of Tokyo.
I think it's very blessed and such atmosphere makes me feel released.
There are swans everywhere in the moat, and it is one of the pleasures to run while looking for them.
The scenery changes steadily within about 5 km around the Imperial Palace, and the beautiful cityscape of Chidorigafuchi, embassies, the Diet Building, Kasumigaseki, and the Nijuubashi bridge through Sakuradamon gate are incredibly beautiful.
On the other hand, there are unexpectedly sloops and valleys, so I can't really get bored and be alert. .. ..
After I run around Imperial Palace, it's only for about 30 minutes, I can feel fulfilled that cannot be expressed in words.
Running may be good hobby in my long life.

テレワークが定着しています。
仕事の間に家事がはかどるし、子どもの帰宅時には出迎えることもできて。
ようやくワークライフバランスがとれるようになった！、と思いながらも
このまま家に引きこもって人生を終えるのかしら、、、と少し悲観的にもなってしまいます。
何よりも生物として圧倒的に運動量が足りません！
総じての対策として、皇居ランを始めました。
子どもたちが起きる前の早朝、LUが塾に行っている間の夕刻に、
少し時間ができたら皇居を走るようにしています。
皇居の側道を走ると都内のど真ん中なのに緑の匂い。
不思議と静寂に包まれます。
お堀の随所に白鳥がいて、探しながら走るのも楽しみの一つです。
5キロほどの間で風景はどんどん変わり、一周5キロほどの中に千鳥ヶ淵の美しい街並み、大使館、国会議事堂、霞が関、そして桜田門を通っての二重橋、、ととてつもない美しさ。
一方、意外に山あり谷ありで、本当に飽きないし油断もできません。。。
30分ほど走るだけなのに、走った後の達成感といったらありません。
これからの長い趣味になりそうです。
the sea in Odaiba
This summer, we have difficult to feel like summer than usual.
Still now, I want to go to the sea in this summer,like usual, since I was born in summer and raised in Yokohama where near by the sea.
There are few beach in Tokyo, in addition, my dauthers are aged 2 and 10.
So I went to Odaiba Seaside Park, the shortest distance from my house.
I go to Odaiba several times a year,
The sandy beach seen from Yurikamome train is beautiful, and I wanted to take my children someday.
A short train trip with our daughters, full of buggy kids toys.
We sit on the front seats, very popular from children because of the view from the window!
After crossing the rainbow bridge, we arrived at Seaside Park.
I had to hold LI because she was totally frightened with the sandy beach, and walked to the beach with LU, while our soles were burned by the heat of the sand,,,
The water wasn't clear! Muddy! ! !
Why is this sea ocher color? .. ..
I have an advanced diving license, and I have much experience diving into several seas around the world, still, however, I was fascinated by the color of the sea, too.
Collect kelps! !
LU, who had been very tense before she saw this sea color, but never wanted to go into the water. ..
Meanwhile, LI got down to the beach from my arms and started playing with the sandbox kit that I brought.
Perhaps LI thought that it was a perfect location for sand play because there is water near the sand.
Silently stamping on the beach or pouring water from the sea and sprinkling it on the sand.
LU become interested and started playing together.
LU and LI didn't care about the heat and tried to make sandy castle again and again!
After played for a while, LI got used to the sea and walked into the sea regardless of her cautious personality.
So, I couldn't take my eyes off from her.
Ahter played for an hour and a half, we left the sea due to the heat.
海
例年より夏らしさを感じにくいこの夏。
でもやはり夏には海に行かなくては、と夏生まれ横浜育ちの私は血が騒いでしまいます。
東京の海。しかも2歳と10歳の子供連れ。
ということで、最短距離のお台場海浜公園に行ってきました。
お台場には年に数回行く程度ですが、
ゆりかもめから見る砂浜は美しく、いつか子どもたちを連れて行ってみたいと思っていました。
バギーに子供のおもちゃを満載し、娘達と短い電車の旅。
ゆりかもめは最前列！
ウキウキでレインボーブリッジを渡り
海浜公園に到着。
砂の暑さに足の裏を焼かれながら砂浜におびえるLIを抱えはしゃぐLUを連れ波打ち際に行くと、、、、
水が濁っとる！！！
なんでしょう、この黄土色。。。
ダイバーのアドバンスライセンスを持っている私も初めてみる海の色にひるみます。
昆布を採る！！ と張り切っていたLUも水の中に行きたがりません。。
そんな中、LIが砂浜に降り持参のお砂場キットで遊び始めました。
お砂場の近くに水もある、という絶好のロケーションと考えたのかも知れません。
黙々と砂浜に型押しをしたり海から水を汲んで砂にまいたり。
LUもつられて一緒に遊び始めます。
集中して遊ぶLI。いつもの慎重さも捨て、海の中にもじゃぶじゃぶ入っていきます。
遊ぶこと1時間半ほど、あまりの暑さに海を後にしました。
Marunouchi Nakadori
I love cycling around Marunouchi Nakadori so much.
Marunouchi Nakadori street is surrounded with trees along both sides of the street, and provides us a relaxing time as if we stay in forests.
The display on the street are changed every season, and beautiful illuminations are decorated on the trees in winter .
There are few people whenever you go, and it is a healing space with the greenery along the road.
Such Marunouchi Nakadori has turned into a park, "MARUNOUCHI STREET PARK", during the summer!!

The road has been covered with real grass and wood chips, stump displays and garden chairs have set on the road.
Mist fans are also set to provide people coolness.
There are desks and chairs with wifi and power supplies are also provided, and it seems that you can use the office.
There are a lot of people bringing their own PCs.
My daughters also take a refreshing walk on the fluffy road.
I think it will be until the end of September, so I would like to visit there again.
丸の内仲通り
丸の内仲通りを自転車で走り抜けるのが大好きです。
緑豊かな丸の内仲通り。
季節ごとにDisplayが代わり、冬にはイルミネーションも。
いつ行っても人が少なく、沿道の緑と相まって癒しの空間です。
そんな丸の内仲通りが、夏の間公園に変身！！
車道には本物の芝や木製チップが敷き詰められ、切り株のディスプレイやガーデンチェアが配置されています。
ミストがでる扇風機も設置され涼が提供されています。
wifiやコンセントも設置され、office利用もできるみたいです。
PC持ち込んでいる方々もちらほら。
娘たちもふかふかの路面を涼やかに散歩。
9月末までのようなのでまた涼みに伺おうと思います。

It's bocome hotter and hotter, and the sun sets slowly,,,
it's just summer!
I feel excited, but it's very difficult to do summer events this summer.
I think it depends on parents' skills if their children can enjoy summer.
By the way, we found a small summer on the street corner!
The wind chimes that the neighborhood association displlays every summer.
LI was interested so much.
A new green area opened in the neighborhood.
It is small but has a waterfall surrounded with beautiful plants.
Iwas healed by the sound of flowing water.
My daughters always look happy.
We welcomed a new playground!
8月に入りました。
いよいよ夏らしくなってきました！
心が躍るような気もしますが、夏らしいことをするのはとても困難な今年の夏。
夏の演出は親の腕次第って感じです。
そんな中、街角に小さな夏を発見！
毎年町内会がかざっている風鈴たち。
LIは興味津々。
近所にできた新しいgreen area。
小さいけど滝があり、周りは美しい植え込み。
水の流れる音に癒されます。
いつも楽しそうなわが娘たち。
新しい遊び場ができてよかったね！

The structure of the park, combined with the OHORI and the greenery of the Imperial Palace, is just beautiful and makes us spend a special time whenever we visit.
I'm really happy to have such a beautiful park near my house.
I first visit this park in my mid-twenties, but for LU and LI it is a walk course in nursery school.
I grew up in nature, but my daughter would be such an urban child.
It's strange.
After playing tired, go to BRICK SQUARE.

LI almost ate.

四連休
和田町噴水公園に行きました。
なんて美しいのでしょう。
公園の構成が、お堀、皇居の緑と相まってただただ美しく、来るたびに特別な時間を過ごさせてくれます。
家の近くにこんな素敵な公園があって本当に幸せです。
私は20代半ばにこの公園を初めて知りましたが、LUとLIにとっては保育園のお散歩コースです。
大自然の中で育った私。
自分の娘がこんな都会っ子になるなんて。
不思議なものです。
遊び疲れた後はBRICK SQUAREへ。
チョコレートクレープ。
LIがほとんど食べました。
三菱一号館美術館では「画家が見たこども展」が開かれています。
夏のうちにまた訪れたいです。
kitty pools
Hot days continue.
I wanted daughters feel summer more, set pools in balcony.
I prepared one for LU and one for LI, but LU &LI played together.
LU and LI had a splash in kitty pools and enjoyed so much.
The outside of the balcony is "concrete jungle".
It is quite interesting.
In the evening, daughers viewed thunderstorm from the pool.
The home pool seems to be quite successful.
暑い日が続いています。
外出自粛が続く中、何とか夏らしさを！
ということで久しぶりにビニールプールを出しました。
LUとLIに一つずつ用意しましたが、、、
やっぱり姉妹仲良く一緒に遊びます。
LUもLIもエンジョイしてくれました。
ベランダの外はコンクリートジャングル。
なかなかの意外性です。
夕暮れ時の雷雨もプールから見物。
おうちプールはかなり活躍しそうです。
Sunday
The balcony seat, my work space in weekdays, is used for Lu's study space in weekends.
Coexistence of a nursery student and an elementary student is difficult.
LI wants to watch Anpanman TV all the time, the other hand, LU, needs to study hard for the junior high school exam.
In order not to get heat stroke, I delivers the drink and fruits for Lu in the balcony.
LU goes to private school for junior high school entrance exams.
I went to private junior high school and high school, and spent a very happy school life.
The fulfilling 6 years, and the alumni I got there are treasures of my life.
I hope my daughters will have good experience to meet special friends who make my daugheters' life enriched.

LUの勉強スペースに。
アンパンマンのTVを見たいLIと要学習年齢のLUの共存はなかなか難しいです。
熱中症にならないように、ママはせっせと飲み物、フルーツをベランダにお届けします。
LUは中学受験塾に通っています。
私自身中学受験をした経験があり、とても幸せな中高ライフを送りました。
充実した6年間、そしてそこで得た学友たちは私の宝です。
娘たちの人生が、家族だけでなく、さらに人生を豊かにする出会いに満ちたものでありますように。
そう願っています。
